SMS opt-in records (including the mobile number, consent timestamp, and opt-in source) are retained for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act, or until you request deletion, whichever is later.

Once personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it in line with APP 11.2.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website, products, and services are directed to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.
